It is an honor to serve you. At Niel Luxe, we’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged — because every delivery should feel like a little luxury.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note: During high-volume periods (like new collection drops or sales), processing times may extend slightly — but we promise it’s worth the wait. 💌
We also offer a “Skip the Line” option, which allows your order to be prioritized and shipped the next business day. Please note, this is not expedited shipping — only a processing upgrade.

We currently ship within the United States (and will expand internationally soon!).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Delivery time begins from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Oversized or special-order items may require additional lead time; if so, an estimate will be provided.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your Niel Luxe package every step of the way.
If you haven’t received your tracking details after 2 business days, please email us at hello@nielluxe.com and we’ll gladly assist.
Preorders
For preorder items, estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we may ship them together once all items are available — unless you request otherwise.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Niel Luxe is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.
If your order is missing or delayed, contact us at hello@nielluxe.com— we’ll do everything we can to help you locate it.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If you need to make a correction, contact us within 24 hours at hello@nielluxe.com— once an order ships, we’re unable to update delivery details.
Niel Luxe is not responsible for:

Packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

Packages lost in transit after delivery is confirmed.
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we’ll issue store credit (excluding shipping costs).
